Once your order is shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the courier, your location, and factors like transportation delays that are outside our control.

Cancellation Policy:

IndiQ reserves the right to cancel any order if certain circumstances prevent us from fulfilling it. Rest assured, we will notify you promptly and process any necessary refunds.

Replacement Policy:

We’ll gladly replace your product if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • Missing product or part of order

In these cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order with an image and unboxing video as evidence.

Indiq, or its parent company, is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss, or items marked as "Delivered" but not received. If you encounter any issues, we encourage you to file a claim with the logistics partner and any delivery disputes should be raised to the logistics partner.

If your package is returned to us due to issues with the recipient (like an unclaimed package, incorrect address, or undeliverable), we will issue a refund for the undelivered inventory within 7 working days after the package has been returned to us. However, shipping costs and packaging fees cannot be refunded and these costs will be borne by the customer.
